1. Structural Features
Appearance: T-slot tray structure with three open ports. The cross-sectional dimensions of the slot body are consistent with the matching straight-section slot-type cable tray. The slot body is U-shaped and closed, and can be matched with a special three-way cover plate to keep the entire line airtight.
Process: The steel plate is integrally bent and formed, and the internal corners are smoothly transitioned with arcs, without sharp edges and corners, which will not cut the insulating sheath of the cable during cable laying. Standard connecting oblong holes are reserved on the side plates, and they are spliced and assembled with straight-section cable trays through bolts.
Material and Surface Treatment
Base material: cold-rolled steel plate; optional galvanized steel plate, stainless steel plate (304/316L)
Surface treatment: hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing, electrostatic spraying, zinc-aluminum-magnesium, unified anti-corrosion process with the main project cable tray.
2. Core Functions
At the same horizontal height, a branch circuit is split from the main cable circuit to realize T-shaped wiring splitting.
Difference: The vertical three-way splits the circuit in the vertical direction; the horizontal three-way splits in the same plane throughout, and the elevation of the cable tray remains unchanged.
3. Key Points for Specification and Selection
The width × height of the three-way must match the specification of the butted straight slot tray. For example: for a 200×100 slot-type cable tray, a 200×100 horizontal three-way should be selected;
The plate thickness shall be selected according to the engineering load and national standard requirements, and shall match the plate thickness of the straight-section tray;
Partition plates can be installed as needed to separate the internal space of the three-way, separate strong and weak current cables for wiring, and avoid signal interference.
